Police calls as of 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 29 from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office and Lima Police Department:
Prospect and Dingledine avenues, Lima — On Thursday, a 22-year-old man was arrested for marijuana possession during a traffic stop. Officers reported they witnessed a drug transaction with the subject on the 100 block of Scott Street. Six baggies of marijuana were taken into evidence.
Michael and St. Johns avenues, Lima — On Thursday, a 22-year-old man reported an unknown person hit him in the back of the head with in unknown object while he was walking through Cook Park. He momentarily lost consciousness, then walked to a friend’s house nearby and was taken to Lima Memorial Health System.
401 W. North St., Lima — On Thursday, an 18-year-old man reported his wallet was stolen while he was at the Social Security Administration Building. It included his Social Security card, driver’s license and $160 cash.
West and North streets, Lima — On Thursday, a 47-year-old woman reported she was injured at a crosswalk.
1900 block of Hillcrest Drive, Lima — On Thursday, a 31-year-old woman reported she had approximately $600 stolen from her vehicle while she was parked in front of a friend’s house.
4500 block of Harding Highway, Lima — On Thursday, a 31-year-old woman reported her ex-husband’s mother won’t stop calling her, despite requests to do so.
6800 block of Faulkner Road, Harrod — On Thursday, a 57-year-old man reported two of his vehicles were vandalized.
3800 block of Reservoir Road, Lima — On Thursday, a 31-year-old reported a person hit him in the face. He was treated at St. Rita’s Medical Center.
